Realtor Robin Welter has joined Keller Williams Realty's Folsom office.  She will work with buyers, sellers and investors on homes and properties in Sacramento, Placer and El Dorado counties.  Robin Welter has 18 years of budgeting experience with the State of California.  Her education includes a Bachelor's of Science degree from San Diego State University.  She is a member of the El Dorado Hills Board of Realtors, the California Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.  She resides in El Dorado Hills with her husband of 10 years and their two children.
